Summary:
A Sales Delivery Specialist, under the guidance of the Manager of Technology, will assist the sales staff in delivering vehicles to customers. The goal of the Delivery Specialist is to ensure customers begin their ownership experience by knowing how to operate their vehicle fully.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers in the delivery of their vehicles
Follow up with customers regarding the delivery of their vehicle
Maintain a high degree of product and technical knowledge in the following technologies: Bluetooth, Enform 2.0, Safety Connect, Navigation System, Park Assist, Home Link and etc…
Present Lexus Products in an effective manner that ensures customer understanding
Resolve customer inquiries for vehicle technology issues
Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree required (GED)
Additional training and education are a plus
Related technical experience preferred
Must also possess:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
Ability to effectively utilize the Microsoft Office Suite, iPads
Superior customer service skills
