Customer Service Admin– Westside Lexus 
At Westside Lexus, we serve to provide excellence to our guests each step of the way. As our customer service admin, we are the representation of the Service department on the phones, as well as in person, to our guests and providing additional support alongside our service team. We are searching for candidates with high spirits, a professional demeanor and attitude, and a love for exceeding expectations! While we prefer someone with experience, candidates with great potential will also be considered. To be successful in this position you will need to be reliable, personable, and ready to make a move towards a long-term career. Our dealership is a family, and we treat everyone as such.
Essential Job Responsibilities:

Ensure that customer service needs are met.
Scheduling service appointments over the phone.
Resolve conflicts in person as well as over the phone.
Explain invoices and charges, confirming and editing invoices if need be.
Other admin duties such as submitting invoices to 3rd party companies and collecting payment.
Greeting customers promptly and courteously.
Fully coordinate and communicate actions with managers, service advisors, technicians and customers.
Responsible for submitting accurate cash, check and credit card deposits.
Generating additional business and performing outbound calls to schedule repairs, service, special ordered parts, and service recalls.
Requirements:

Demonstrated ability to work professionally and courteously with customers and team members
A positive mindset and a passion for providing great customer service
Proficiency with multiline phone systems and computers
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
Must be able to work up to 2 Saturdays a month
Work all available shifts, between 7am – 7:30pm

Summary:
A Vehicle Delivery Specialist, under the guidance of the New Vehicle Sales managers, will support the sales consultants in coordinating and completing vehicle deliveries. The primary objective of this role is to ensure customers begin their ownership experience with a full understanding of their vehicle’s features, technology, and operation. The Sales Delivery Specialist role is designed as a development step towards becoming a Sales Consultant, this is not a permanent role.  Individuals in this position are expected to build product knowledge, customer engagement skills, and sales fundamentals in preparation for advancement into a commissioned Sales Consultant role.
Essential Job Responsibilities:

Assist customers during the vehicle delivery process to ensure a smooth and positive experience
Conduct comprehensive vehicle orientations, reviewing features, controls, and technology systems
Follow up with customers after delivery to answer questions and reinforce product knowledge
Maintain a high level of product and technical expertise in vehicle technologies, including but not limited to: Bluetooth connectivity, Lexus Enform, Safety Connect, Navigation systems, Park Assist, HomeLink,
Present Lexus products and technology in a clear, professional, and customer-friendly manner
Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries related to vehicle technology features
Must also possess:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong Customer Service , interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office Suite, iPads
Professional presentation and demeanor
Ability to explain technical information in a simple, easy-to-understand manner

Service Valet Porter - Northside Lexus Auto Dealership 
A Service Valet Porter will support the process to satisfy customer demands for Lexus by providing superior customer service. 
 Essential Job Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.

Greet and welcome customers on the Service Drive
Assess customer vehicles and document any vehicle damage before taking possession of the vehicle
Responsible for parking vehicles and vehicle retrieval
Support the Lexus Advisor team in meeting the needs of the customers
Perform quality inspections on loaner cars
Perform custodial duties as assigned such as stocking the lobby with customer beverages
Must also possess:

Northside Lexus is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Reconditioning Specialist to join our Collision Center team. Under the leadership of the Collision Center Manager, this role is responsible for restoring Pre-Owned Vehicles to factory-standard quality and ensuring every repaired vehicle exceeds our guests’ expectations.
This position plays a critical role in delivering the luxury-level finish and craftsmanship our Northside Lexus customers expect.
Essential Functions

Report for work at assigned time(s); leave at assigned time(s).
Paint assigned vehicles according to approved estimates from pre-owned department.
Prepare and mix paint colors accurately to match factory finish.
Coordinate with the pre-own management team the expected timelines for vehicle repairs.
Produce acceptable repairs that are in agreement with the standards agreed by the pre-own management.  
Maintain and properly safeguard all shop painting tools and equipment.
Work safely.
Comply with all safety rules particularly those dealing with working in confined spaces, paint booths, or in service pits.
Maintain a clean, neat, and safe storage room, mixing room, and working area.
Use shop equipment and tools safely.
Wear required personal protective equipment: breathing apparatus, clothing, footwear, gloves, masks, safety glasses, etc.
Dispose of paints, paint containers, and any hazardous wastes properly.
Report all accidents immediately.
Assist other associates as needed and/or directed by management.
Education and Experience requirements: 

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); plus one to two years of automotive painter experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prefer a secondary level of technical education (Trade School); not required
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations 
Must have a valid Driver's License

Possess an operating knowledge of measuring systems

Repair and replace body panels

Experienced Collision Center Estimator – Northside Lexus 
Accuracy. Honesty. Attention to detail. If you have these qualities AND want to make a great living putting them to use, then our dealership has an opportunity for you. As our collision center estimator, you will work with some of the best collision center managers in the business to ensure that repairs are estimated properly and delivered as promised. Our goal is to always exceed expectations, and we need estimators who feel the same way.
Prior experience as an estimator or in a customer service role is preferred.

Prepare honest, accurate and complete damage estimates for customers


Inspect damaged vehicles thoroughly using standard written procedures
