Parts Counter Specialist – Auto Dealership

We need a reliable, professional Parts Counter Specialist to organize and manage the parts inventory within our busy dealership. Sure, you will need to be good at maintaining inventory, but you will also need excellent people skills when dealing with internal staff. The right person can expect great pay, great benefits and a great dealership family environment.

 Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations within the Warehouse
• Work parts counter when necessary
• Provide support to the Parts Specialists by filling in at the back counter as needed
• Lead team meetings and oversee the training of employees
• Oversee accuracy of receiving parts and delivery of parts
• Maintain accurate core processes and vendor returns
• Maintain accurate physical inventory records and report any inventory variances
• Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety standards

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or GED. Two or more years of automotive dealership warehouse experience is required. Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.
