Part Time Greeter

Northside Lexus has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Greeter.  The Greeter will hospitably greet all clients and welcome them to Northside Lexus.

Hours:

Must be available to work:

Monday - Friday 12:30 to Close

Saturday 9:00 to 6:00pm

*Work every 3^rd Saturday of the month

 Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for front desk and greeting every customer professionally
• Responsible for knowledge of basic job functions
• Order and set up Saturday lunches
• Order and distribute office supplies
• Sort, file, and label correspondence
• Opens, date stamps and distributes department mail
• Has ability to provide customers with basic knowledge of WSL products
• Assist all departments as requested

 Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree required (GED)

 Must also possess:

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• One-year general business experience

• Customer Service experience required
