Automotive Luxury Hospitality Hostess (Part Time) – Westside Lexus Auto Dealership

Westside Lexus is a leader in luxury automotive retail and customer service. We are growing and have an outstanding opportunity for an outgoing professional that is customer–focused and highly driven. The hostess will greet all clients and welcome them to our beautiful facility.  Our 30+ years of success is based on the dedication to providing luxurious (high-end) customer service for our clients and a fun, family-like environment for our associates.

Part time Hours: (20 to 25 hours a week)

• Must be available to work evenings and every other Saturday 

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for front desk and greeting every customer professionally
• Responsible for knowledge of basic job functions
• Order and set up Saturday lunches
• Sort, file, and label correspondence
• Opens, date stamps and distributes department mail
• Has ability to provide customers with basic knowledge of WSL products
• Assist all departments as requested

 Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree required (GED)

 Must also possess:

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• One-year general business experience

• Customer Service experience required
