Service Shop Porter – Northside Lexus

Northside Lexus is seeking a dependable and motivated Service Shop Porter to join our Service Team.  This roles plays a vital part in maining a clean, organized, and safe working environment for our technicians by supporting daily shopThe Service Shop Porter, under the leadership of the Production Manager, will support the process by ensuring that the service shop and equipment are clean for the Technicians.

Essential Job Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)

• Technician bays should be cleaned regularly every day, as needed
• Keep shop floors clean, with use of Tennant floor cleaning equipment or mop
• Empty trash cans throughout the day
• Empty used tire frame
• Dispose of any scrap metal in the scrap bins
• Keep eye and hand washing station clean at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Hours

Monday – Friday:  6:00am – 3:00pm

Saturday: Occasional, as needed

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or GED; and six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations (Including Driver's License)

Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable)
