Part Time Hospitality Hostess 

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Hospitality Hostess. The Hospitality Hostess will greet all clients in a courteous and professional manner and operate the switchboard to relay interoffice calls.

• Responsible for professionally greeting all guests
• Receive visitors and obtain name and nature of business
• Direct guests to appropriate personnel
• Responsible for knowledge of basic job functions within the Company in order to assure the best guest service
• Perform clerical duties such as data entry and detailed record keeping
• Other duties as assigned

Education and or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 Hours:

• Average of 20 hours p/week
• Weekday availability, 4:00pm to 7:30pm
• Saturday required 

Must also possess:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Engage with all guests at a professional level
• General business experience is a plus
