Vehicle Technology Specialist - Northside Lexus 

Summary:

A Vehicle Technology Specialist under the guidance of the New Vehicle Sales Manager, will assist the sales staff in the delivery of vehicles to customers. The goal of the Tech Specialist is to ensure customers begin their ownership experience by knowing how to fully operate their vehicle. This position is an excellent opportunity to learn the Lexus product and pursue a career in the sales department.

• Assist customers in the delivery of their vehicles
• Follow-up with customers regarding the delivery of their vehicle
• Maintain a high degree of product and technical knowledge in the following technologies: Bluetooth, Enform 2.0, Safety Connect, Navigation System, Park Assist, Home Link and ect…
• Present Lexus Products in an effective manner that ensures customer understanding
• Resolve customer inquiries for vehicle technology issues

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree required (GED)
• Additional training and education a plus
• Related technical experience preferred

Must also possess:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
• Ability to effectively utilize the Microsoft Office Suite, iPads
• Superior customer service skills
