Deal Auditor – Westside Lexus Auto Dealership

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven Deal Auditor. The Deal Auditor will ensure that all vehicle deals comply with regulatory standards.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Clean New and Pre-Owned deals on a daily basis
• Enter Finance and Insurance warranties and products
• Work Warranty schedules on a monthly basis
• Process trade-in stock jackets
• Process credit card refunds and maintain proper records
• Turn in New Vehicle and Finance & Insurance credit card slips on a daily basis
• Turn in payoffs with required documentation
• Process wholesale and LCCS documents in doc-u-pad
• Submit completed deals to the Accounting team daily
• Work with the Administrative team to ensure coverage is available as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook is required.
• Demonstrated ability to work professionally and courteously with team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Must be able to work Saturdays 

Education and/or Experience

High School diploma or general education degree (GED); one to two years of business experience of automotive biling & title experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
