Sales Delivery Specialist - Westside Lexus

Summary:

A Vehicle Delivery Specialist, under the guidance of the New Vehicle Sales managers, will support the sales consultants in coordinating and completing vehicle deliveries. The primary objective of this role is to ensure customers begin their ownership experience with a full understanding of their vehicle’s features, technology, and operation. The Sales Delivery Specialist role is designed as a development step towards becoming a Sales Consultant, this is not a permanent role.  Individuals in this position are expected to build product knowledge, customer engagement skills, and sales fundamentals in preparation for advancement into a commissioned Sales Consultant role.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers during the vehicle delivery process to ensure a smooth and positive experience
• Conduct comprehensive vehicle orientations, reviewing features, controls, and technology systems
• Follow up with customers after delivery to answer questions and reinforce product knowledge
• Maintain a high level of product and technical expertise in vehicle technologies, including but not limited to: Bluetooth connectivity, Lexus Enform, Safety Connect, Navigation systems, Park Assist, HomeLink,
• Present Lexus products and technology in a clear, professional, and customer-friendly manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries related to vehicle technology features

Must also possess:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong Customer Service , interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office Suite, iPads
• Professional presentation and demeanor
• Ability to explain technical information in a simple, easy-to-understand manner
