Car Wash Team Leader – Automotive

Job Responsibilities

Monitor and organize car wash personnel
Assign porters to appropriate work areas
Assist in managing work schedules
Train new associates on the proper car wash procedures
Wash customer vehicles as needed
Work with management to address issues and concerns
Maintains strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation
Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Operator Driver License
