Automotive Luxury Hospitality Hostess – Northside Lexus Auto Dealership

Northside Lexus is a leader in luxury automotive retail and customer service. We are growing and have an outstanding opportunity for a quality professional that is customer–focused and highly driven as a hospitality hostess. The hostess will greet all clients and welcome them to our beautiful facility.  Our 20+ years of success are based on the dedication to providing luxurious (high-end) customer service for our clients and a fun, family-like environment for our associates.

Full Time Hours:

Must be available to work:

Monday – Thursday 12:00 to 7:30

Friday 12pm – 7pm

Saturday 9:00 to 6:00pm

*Work every 3^rd Saturday of the month

Note: Part Time hours considered for a quality candidate attending college. Start time could be adjusted to accommodate class schedule, would need to be available to work no later than 4pm.

Pay:

$12 to $15/hr

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for front desk and greeting every customer professionally
• Responsible for knowledge of basic job functions
• Order and set up Saturday lunches
• Order and distribute office supplies
• Sort, file, and label correspondence
• Opens, date stamps and distributes department mail
• Has ability to provide customers with basic knowledge of WSL products
• Assist all departments as requested

 Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree required (GED)

 Must also possess:

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• One-year general business experience

• Customer Service experience required
